Early access

Run your organization. Not your software.

Stonebridge brings your congregation's people, giving, events, and website into one connected platform — instead of the aging software, spreadsheets, and one person who remembers how it all fits together.

The platform is in early access. We're onboarding pilot congregations now.

Who it's for

Stonebridge starts with synagogues — Hebrew names, yahrzeits, household relationships, and the Jewish calendar, built in from day one instead of bolted on later. The same platform works just as well for churches, nonprofits, and any membership organization that needs to keep track of people over time.

What it does

One record for every family

Households, Hebrew names, yahrzeits — these are built-in fields, not custom ones you have to invent. Track people, families, and how they're related, with membership status that stays current. Import your existing list, review what came in, then go live when it's right.

Dues season, without the dread

Charges, payments, and pledges reconciled properly — the kind of records a board can actually stand behind. Batch dues season instead of working through it household by household. Statements and receipts go out as PDFs, by email, on their own.

Payments that land in your account

Members and donors pay on Stripe's own hosted page, not ours. The money goes straight into your organization's Stripe account. We never see or store a card number.

Your public face, handled

Your website isn't a separate tool — it reads the same records your office already keeps. Service times, giving, and events live on your own subdomain, along with candle-lighting times, holidays, and Torah portions calculated for your location automatically. No separate calendar, no re-entering the same information twice.

Let members help themselves

New members request to join online, and any staff member — not just a specialist — can review and approve the request. After that, members see their own profile, their statement, and their family's remembrance dates, without calling the office.

Built to keep your data yours

Built this decade, not layered onto decades-old architecture: every organization's data is walled off at the database level, not just behind a login screen. Our own staff's access to customer data is gated and logged. Backups run daily, and we actually test the restore — see how we handle data.

Why us

  • Purpose-built for congregational life — Hebrew names, yahrzeits, and household relationships are core to how it works, not custom fields you bolt on yourself.
  • Powerful without being intimidating. Ordinary staff and volunteers run it day to day, with no consultants and no implementation project — import your spreadsheets and start.
  • One connected platform. Your member records, your finances, and your public website live in the same system — the website pulls from the records your office already keeps.
  • The software serves your organization. You don't restructure your office to match how the platform wants to work.
  • Modern and adaptable, built this decade instead of layered onto architecture from decades ago.

Questions a board would ask

Is our data ours?

Yes. As between us and your organization, you own your data — we host, process, and back it up on your behalf. You can export it at any time, and we don't sell it, advertise with it, or use it to train AI models.

Do you ever touch payment cards?

No. Donations and payments run through Stripe's own hosted page, using your organization's own Stripe account. Card numbers go from your donor to Stripe directly — they never pass through Stonebridge.

What does it cost?

We don't have public pricing yet. Early-access and pilot arrangements are agreed individually with each congregation while the platform matures, plainly, because we haven't finished building the pricing to match. Ask and we'll walk you through it.

Can we move from our current system?

Yes. We import your existing membership and donor spreadsheets and let you review everything before it goes live — nothing appears publicly, or on a statement, until you've checked it.

What happens if we leave?

You can stop at any time. We'll export your data back to you and delete it from our live system on request, aside from anything we're legally required to keep and whatever is still cycling through our backup window.

Who is behind this?

Stonebridge CRM, LLC, a Florida company. Short answer, on purpose — we're a small team building this in the open, and we'd rather earn your trust with the product than with a long "about us" page.
